*Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
* Explain project details and qualify customer requirements.
* Schedule site visits for the sales team.
* Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
* Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
* Achieve daily and monthly follow-up and site visit targets.
* Prepare daily lead and follow-up reports.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
* Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Preferred Candidate

* Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, telesales, or customer support.
* Real estate experience will be preferred.
